Damond Osterhus Prsenter. What is range anxiety?Range anxiety is the fear of driving an electric vehicle and running out of power, without being able to find a charging station on time to replenish the battery. According to our research, approximately 30 percent of potential EV drivers today feel uncertain about being able to charge their vehicles when they need to. Is EV range anxiety warranted? The fear of running out of juice is one of the biggest stumbling blocks to greater EV adoption but has as much to do with psychology as it does with the actual range of EVs (or the availability of charging stations). |

Maya Adams <mzacnm@gmail.com> She got her BA at NAU, her nursing degree at the U of A, and her midwifery degree at UC Denver. She did an internship here in Tucson at the Birth Center, which no longer exists, and then started working there. She later worked for El Rio and now she is with Baby Moon Inn. I suggested she talk about midwifery and why women choose it rather than OBGYN. She went to Uganda in the 3rd year of the Rotary Global Grant “Empowering Women” Maya Z. Adams MSN, CNM Overview. Midwifery is defined as “skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate care for childbearing women, newborn infants and families across the continuum from prepregnancy, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the early weeks of life”.
